If thou prepare thine heart, and stretch out thine hands toward him;
He taketh away the heart of the chief of the people of the earth, and causeth them to wander in a wilderness {where there is} no way.
Trouble and anguish shall make him afraid; they shall prevail against him, as a king ready to the battle.
