Peace Verses
The peace that surpasses all understanding — finding God's calm in life's storms.
And he discovered the covering of Judah, and thou didst look in that day to the armour of the house of the forest.
Be still, ye inhabitants of the isle; thou whom the merchants of Zidon, that pass over the sea, have replenished. {still: Heb. silent}
And he said, Thou shalt no more rejoice, O thou oppressed virgin, daughter of Zidon: arise, pass over to Chittim; there also shalt thou have no rest.

LORD, thou wilt ordain peace for us: for thou also hast wrought all our works in us. {in us: or, for us}
Or let him take hold of my strength, {that} he may make peace with me; {and} he shall make peace with me.
To whom he said, This {is} the rest {wherewith} ye may cause the weary to rest; and this {is} the refreshing: yet they would not hear.
{Is} it not yet a very little while, and Lebanon shall be turned into a fruitful field, and the fruitful field shall be esteemed as a forest?
